I lead managers and daily operations across The Smoking Gun, our Spill the Beans coffee shop and the bakery supplying other Spill the Beans locations. The work includes staffing, production, purchasing, vendors, service and events.
In our bakery-ordering pilot, a promising forecast stayed out of live ordering while source gaps were checked. I want a useful tool and a decision we can stand behind.

Navy at NAS North Island. FAA at SoCal TRACON, Coast area. Then busser, bartender and general manager at Uptown Tavern before running businesses of my own.
I’m also a husband, a dad and a San Diegan who cares about showing up for the neighborhood. My Uptown years included LGBTQ+ community events and fundraisers. Those chapters are part of how I work with people.
